For the most fantastic views of San Francisco City and Bay, visit Coit Tower. For the best recreational area in the city, visit Pier 39. This is home to 110 stores, bay-view restaurants and great fun attractions. If you’re an outdoor enthusiast, you may like to go to the National Park, Presidio. This was once a military post. Avid gardeners may be interested in visiting the Conservatory of Flowers at Golden Gate Park. Another interesting area of San Francisco is the Mare Island Historic Park Foundation.
